Corporate Relations Officer
Job Title: Corporate Relations Officer
Location: Kochi (Onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, WFO
(Candidate must have own laptop)
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with companies for partnership and hiring opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
* Understand company hiring needs and align them with suitable candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and placement processes between companies and candidates.
* Document interactions and maintain records in CRM and Google Sheets.
* Follow up with companies to ensure a smooth hiring process.
* Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Skills Required:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
* Experience with Google Docs/Sheets.
* Previous experience in Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, or Recruitment is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
