Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
