Job Summary

The CRM role is essential in managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive business growth. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of customer needs, market trends, and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
  • Support team members on CRM tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRM certification is a plus.

Language

English and Hindi

Salary Range: INR25,000 To INR30,000 (Based on performance and skills)
