Job Title: LeadSquared CRM Architect & Administrator

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Gurugram

Overview: High School Moms & International Alliance of Counsellors & Educators is Asia's biggest Community of educators, parents, and high school students. HSM-INACE are brand names of Collab Circle Private Limited which is possibly the biggest influencer in higher education space in India & South Asia.

Role Overview

We are seeking a LeadSquared expert to lead a complete Greenfield implementation of our CRM. Our goal is to scrap our current legacy setup and build a high-performance, scalable LeadSquared environment from scratch. You will be responsible for auditing our current sales processes, designing the new system architecture, and executing the full migration and setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture: Design the Lead Schema, Activity Types, and Custom Fields to align with our business goals.
  • Process Engineering: Map out the end-to-end Lead Lifecyclefrom lead capture and distribution to conversion and retention.
  • Automation Design: Build complex automation workflows for lead routing (Round Robin/Capping), follow-up sequences, and status transitions.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the cleaning, mapping, and migration of existing data from the old instance to the new one, ensuring zero data loss and high integrity.
  • Integrations: Configure and manage third-party integrations, including Cloud Telephony, WhatsApp Business API, Email Service Providers, Landing Pages and others.
  • User Optimization: Create intuitive Smart Views and Forms to reduce manual entry and increase sales team adoption.
  • Reporting: Develop custom Dashboards and Reports for management to track ROI, conversion rates, and team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven LeadSquared Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in LeadSquared (Admin level).
  • Implementation Experience: At least one successful from-scratch LeadSquared implementation.
  • Logical Mindset: Ability to translate vague business requirements into technical workflows.
  • Data Literacy: Advanced Excel/CSV skills for data mapping and cleaning.
  • Communication: Ability to train sales teams and explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LeadSquared Lapps (for custom logic).
  • Knowledge of Webhooks and API structures.
  • Certification in LeadSquared Administration.

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Time 10 to 6:00 PM
