Job Description

Position: CRM Intern

Location: Noida sec 62 (On Site)

Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of full-time role)

Future Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a permanent position after 6 months based on performance.

Work Mode: Flexible (timings & work style as per project requirements)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated CRM Intern to support our customer relationship management initiatives. The role involves assisting in managing customer databases, improving engagement, supporting sales/marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
  • Track customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on CRM activities, leads, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to improve customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support for CRM projects and documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
