Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Cricket Coach for an on-site role at our Gurgaon location. The Cricket Coach will design and conduct structured training sessions for players of various skill levels, emphasizing both individual skills and team strategies. Key responsibilities include mentoring and monitoring player performance, developing tailored training plans, and ensuring safety during sessions. The coach will also work closely with administrative staff to organize weekend tournaments and assist with talent identification and development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cricket and proven experience in Cricket Coaching
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with players
• Skills in Training and Coaching techniques to develop tailored programs
• Ability to inspire and motivate players of all ages and skill levels
• Knowledge about player development, fitness, and sports psychology
• Previous experience in a coaching role is preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant coaching certifications and/or a background in professional cricket are advantageous

Salary:

30k plus incentives.
