Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with orders

Take accurate food orders and ensure quick service

Prepare, pack, and serve food items

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Support dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations

Handle customer concerns professionally

Work closely with kitchen and service teams

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant/QSR environments

Team player with positive attitude

Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene preferred

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in:

QSR, Restaurant Chains, Cafes, Food Delivery Kitchens, Hospitality, Retail Food Service
