Credit Control Manager

We are #Hiring : Credit Control Manager / Manager Credit & Collections

Location: Delhi NCR | B2B Industrial Quick Commerce

Role Purpose:

Own customer credit underwriting, limit setting, collections, and overdue risk managementsupporting fast B2B growth while keeping DSO, bad debt, and working capital within control.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage SME & enterprise credit policies

Customer underwriting (KYC, GST, bureau checks, financial analysis)

Set credit limits, tenures & risk triggers

Run inside + field collections and recovery

Track DSO, overdues, write-offs & recovery

Build dashboards, risk reviews & board reporting

Work closely with Sales, Finance, Ops, Legal & Tech

Ideal Profile:

612 years in credit, receivables, or risk

B2B ecommerce / industrial / MRO experience preferred

Strong SME credit assessment & negotiation skills

Data-driven, firm, and commercially balanced
