- Concept Articulation: Must possess a clear, structured thought process to effectively convey ideas and strategic objectives to the creative team, ensuring the why and what are perfectly understood before execution.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
What will you do
- Handle the complete strategy and ideation for Social Media content creation, specifically focusing on high-performance video assets and static creatives.
- Analyze content performance numbers daily/weekly and optimize the content strategy based on these insights.
- Provide creative direction that is strictly driven by numbers and analytical skills to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Lead the testing of new hooks, scripts, and visual styles to identify winning content formulas on social channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative outputs with broader business goals.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Creative Strategy for Social Media or Performance Marketing with a strong focus on content.
Working days: Monday - Friday
