What You'll Do
Research what type of ads are working in the market (static & video) and identify current trends.
Analyze brand-specific ad performance to understand what's working and what's not.
Create clear creative briefs and idea frameworks for the design team to execute.
Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to improve creative performance and results.
Track and analyze Meta ad metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate & Hold Rate.
Conduct competitor research using Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.
Understand customer behavior & audience psychology pain points, desires, triggers, and transformations.
Use insights to shape ad messaging, hooks, and storytelling that drives attention and conversions.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of performance creatives & paid ads ecosystem.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager metrics.
Ability to convert data into actionable creative ideas.
Familiarity with ad research tools like Meta Ad Library & TikTok Library.
Solid grasp of consumer psychology and client avatars.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams.
Curious, analytical, and creative mindset.
