About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with strong experience in influencer marketing campaigns and a passion for creative storytelling. You'll be responsible for developing campaign concepts, strategies and content directions for brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop creative concepts and strategies for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build campaign narratives, content pillars, hooks and influencer briefs.
• Work closely with campaign and influencer teams to drive ideas from concept to execution.
• Stay updated on social media trends, creator formats and pop culture.
• Review influencer content and ensure creative alignment with brand objectives.
• Create campaign decks and present ideas to clients/internal teams.
• Manage multiple campaigns while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, advertising or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in conceptualising and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and creator trends.
• Excellent storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging ideas.
• Prior agency experience and a portfolio of campaigns is a plus.
