Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between insight and imagination. This role combines data, storytelling, and brand thinking to craft compelling campaigns, content strategies, and creative directions that drive measurable impact. You'll collaborate with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams to shape brand narratives and build ideas that resonate with audiences across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities1 Strategy & Ideation
  • Develop creative strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Translate consumer insights, trends, and data into campaign concepts
  • Build big ideas for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and brand initiatives
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and shape creative direction
2 Brand & Communication
  • Define and refine brand voice, tone, and positioning
  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Create campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and storytelling arcs
3 Market & Consumer Insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify audience behavior patterns and emerging trends
  • Use analytics to optimize creative performance
4 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, performance marketers, and product teams
  • Present strategy decks and pitch concepts to internal stakeholders or clients
  • Oversee creative execution to ensure alignment with strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, advertising, or digital marketing
  • Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking ability
  • Experience building campaign strategy (social, performance, brand)
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and market trends
  • Ability to interpret data and convert it into creative direction
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good to Have
  • Experience in agency or fast-scaling startup
  • Familiarity with AI tools for creative research and ideation
