You will play a key role in developing innovative campaign ideas, conducting audience research, and delivering creative pitches that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic creative plans aligned with brand goals and target audience insights.
  • Generate original, impactful creative ideas and concepts to drive campaigns and brand engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market and audience research to inform strategy and creative direction.
  • Write clear, compelling copy and creative briefs that guide the creative team.
  • Create and present creative decks and pitches to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand solutions.
  • Analyze campaign data and insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.
  • Drive content strategy across multiple platforms with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Utilize creative software tools for mockups, presentations, and content ideation.
  • Plan and manage creative projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a creative strategist, brand strategist, or related role.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business objectives to creative solutions.
  • Excellent creative ideation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in market and audience research to inform and validate strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas and writing briefs.
  • Experience with data analysis to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience in brand development and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Ability to craft detailed creative briefs, creative decks, and deliver persuasive creative pitches.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in creative planning and project management.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovative brand storytelling.
