Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between data, storytelling, and design. This role is responsible for developing high-performing creative concepts that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across digital channels.

You will work closely with marketing, performance, content, and design teams to translate insights into compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Analyze performance data (ads, campaigns, content) to generate actionable creative insights
  • Conceptualize and brief high-impact campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to produce engaging creatives
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and consumer behavior shifts to inform content direction
  • A/B test creative formats, messaging, and hooks to optimize performance
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Present ideas, concepts, and performance insights to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and ad creatives
  • Proven ability to turn data into creative direction
  • Experience working with design and content teams
  • Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies
  • Experience in performance-driven industries (e-commerce, hospitality, wellness, etc.)
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral marketing
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
