Job Description

Donatekart is India's most reliable online platform for donating to charities. Our award-winning platform allows donors to directly donate products to charities online and brings 100% transparency. In our 10-year journey, we've helped over 10,000+ NGOs across India raise close to 400+ Crore worth of products.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production of campaign appeal videos, from ideation, scripting, planning, and shoot management to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Production, and NGOs to understand campaign objectives, timelines, and translate stories into compelling visual narratives.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and operational coordination across shoots.
  • Coordinate closely with editors, filmmakers, videographers, voice-over artists, and production partners to ensure seamless execution and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Research industry and platform trends (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to ideate innovative content formats, diversify campaigns, and improve audience engagement.
  • Work with the Marketing team to optimize videos, thumbnails, and graphics based on performance insights to maximize reach and donations.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, collaboration, flexibility, and problem-solving skills while consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving campaign priorities.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in video production and working with editors
  • Preferred Languages: English, Hindi
  • Any certificate course on editing, scriptwriting, and video production can be an added advantage
  • Must have exceptional team management skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working closely with different teams.
  • Must be able to understand the basics of filmmaking and video content creation
