Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Photoshop Generative Fill and whatever comes next.
The tool doesn't matter as much as the instinct.
We want someone who sees AI as a new creative medium, not just a productivity tool.
05 — BUILD BRAND'S SOCIAL CONTENT ENGINE
You'll help turn content from one-off production into repeatable IPs.
You'll work on formats such as:
Your job isn't only to make the first episode.

You'll learn from performance and feed that learning back into creative.
07 — CREATIVE PRODUCTION
You'll own the execution layer between an idea and the internet.
That means:
Concept → Production Plan → Shoot → Edit → Motion/CGI/AI → Versions → Publish
You'll coordinate with:
You'll also maintain:
We move fast.
So being creatively good and operationally organised matters.
