We're looking for a Creative Planner who lives at the intersection of strategy, culture, and creativity.
Someone who doesn't just ask What should we post but asks Why should this exist, and why will people care
You'll be the bridge between brand understanding, consumer insight, and creative execution, helping brands show up meaningfully across social media, campaigns, and digital advertising.
What You'll Do:
Deep dive into brands, their positioning, audience, tone, and business goals
Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify creative opportunities
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative & content strategies
Plan social media direction, campaign themes, and communication territories
Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and account teams
Build campaign narratives, from idea to execution roadmap
Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and ad communication angles
Decode trends, culture, and consumer behavior to keep brands relevant
Write sharp briefs that creatives actually want to work on
Ensure brand consistency across platforms and campaigns
4–5 years of experience in a creative agency / advertising / film agency
Strong brand understanding and storytelling instincts
Experience working on social-first brands and digital campaigns
Ability to balance strategy + creativity
Comfortable presenting ideas to internal teams and clients
Someone curious about culture, internet trends, and evolving content formats
Bonus if you've worked across D2C, consumer brands, or new-age startups
