Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Core responsibilities include Creating reels, videos, scripts, paid campaigns, managing social media platforms, monitoring web analytics, strategizing online marketing efforts, and implementing data-driven solutions to promote the organization's mission effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and educational content 
• Write high-converting scripts for reels, ads, and videos 
• Manage and grow Instagram & Facebook pages organically
• Plan weekly content calendar aligned with admission timelines
• Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads 
• Generate high-quality leads (students & parents) 
• Work on lead funnels (Ads → Landing Page → WhatsApp)
• Track KPIs like CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rate, ROI
• Improve ad performance continuously
• Provide weekly performance reports
