Creative Head to lead our creative department, drive brand strategy, and elevate the visual identity of both our company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage the creative team across design, content, and media.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including branding, campaign creatives, digital content, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop strong creative concepts that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to execute impactful campaigns.
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots, videos, branding projects, and digital initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, creative technologies, and emerging design practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality.
- Mentor and upskill the creative team, fostering innovation and creativity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (Agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, typography, and visual communication.
- Ability to convert ideas into visually compelling concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
