Summary
We are seeking two dynamic and versatile
Creative Graphic Designers to join our innovative e-commerce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual language of our digital experiences across apps, websites, and messaging platforms. Combining strong design thinking with hands-on execution—both traditional and AI-augmented—you'll create high-impact, conversion-focused visuals that strengthen brand identity and drive user engagement. You'll work closely with marketing and product teams to transform strategic briefs into compelling designs that perform across diverse channels and devices. Your ability to balance creativity with technical precision, leverage AI-powered tools efficiently, and maintain brand consistency will directly influence customer perception and campaign success in a fast-moving, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality digital assets including banners, web headers, app visuals, and social creatives in multiple sizes and formats for e-commerce platforms.
- Create engaging visuals for Push Notifications (PNs) and RCS (Rich Communication Services) campaigns, optimised for clarity, impact, and platform-specific constraints.
- Develop small-scale animated GIFs and motion graphics for in-app use and marketing campaigns, ensuring performance, file efficiency, and visual appeal.
- Utilize AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI to accelerate ideation and asset creation while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines across global markets, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and UX—to interpret goals and translate them into effective, user-centered designs.
- Optimize all assets for performance across platforms, including mobile, web, app stores, and messaging environments, with attention to load speed and responsiveness.
- Maintain a structured digital asset library and contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system for team-wide reuse and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a focus on e-commerce, product marketing, or fast-paced digital environments.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and advanced photo editing; strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools for collaborative workflows, prototyping, and design handoff.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-generated imagery from tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent into polished, brand-compliant designs.
- Demonstrated ability to produce optimised, high-quality animated GIFs with attention to timing, file size, and visual clarity.
- Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals: visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, layout, and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with technical specs and best practices for banners, app store listings, web graphics, push notifications, and RCS messaging.
- A strong, curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work—including AI-enhanced assets, motion graphics, and e-commerce campaigns—with clear evidence of brand consistency and measurable impact.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, agile team environment.
