Job Description - Graphic Designer
Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging digital creatives for e-commerce marketplaces, websites, social media, emailers, online advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, banners, product visuals, landing page assets, and brand communication materials.
- Design marketplace content such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce creatives.
- Perform basic video editing for social media, digital campaigns, and product promotions.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Review and QA designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently while managing multiple projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to support campaign requirements.
- Stay updated on digital design trends, e-commerce best practices, and platform requirements.
- Create original designs from concept to execution with minimal external support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of digital design, branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Experience creating creatives for e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and e-commerce-focused creative work.
Preferred:Experience working with D2C brands, online marketplaces, and performance marketing teams.
