About Lucio:

Lucio is an AI legal-tech company transforming the delivery of legal services in India. It uses Generative AI to assist lawyers with legal analysis, document review, due diligence, risk identification, judgements comparisons and more.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to craft compelling designs for branding, marketing, and digital platforms. The role involves creating visuals for websites, social media, and day-to-day design tasks like banners, flyers, posters, and emailers. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain brand identity through impactful designs.
2. Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.
3. Create visuals for website banners, posters, and social media content in collaboration with teams.
4. Able to contribute to product design through illustrations, animations, microinteractions, and interface graphics (preferred not mandatory).
5. Handle both Graphic & UI design tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience (preferably with a SaaS product company)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and digital design.
• Solid understanding of design principles and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
