• Develop strategically aligned conceptual work, exceeding quality expectations.
• Stay updated on design trends and innovations, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead new client pitches, articulating strategic approaches.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.

Experience Required:

• 8-10 years of experience in Advertising / Design / Digital / Social / Experiential / Innovation.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating a multi-creative approach across international and Indian brands.
• Prior exposure to Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle brands is a huge plus.
