Creative Designer PlayAll Sports | Delhi NCR

30+ sports venues. 10+ cities. 65,000+ players every month. Corporate clients like Google, Amazon, and PwC. WhatsApp communities with 1,00,000+ players. 150+ events a year. And a brand that needs to look as good as it plays.

PlayAll is India's fastest-growing sports infrastructure company. We build world-class sports venues from the ground up and operate them end-to-end. We're scaling fast toward 100 venues and everything we put out into the world, from an Instagram post to a corporate pitch deck to a tournament poster, needs to hit hard and look sharp.

The Role

You'll own every pixel that goes out under the PlayAll name.

One morning you're designing a scroll-stopping Instagram carousel for a new venue launch in Jaipur. After lunch, you're cutting a 15-second reel from a box cricket tournament that had 500 players over the weekend. By evening, you're building ad creatives for a Meta campaign that'll drive 1,000 bookings this month. And somewhere in between, you're polishing a one-pager that goes to a school principal deciding whether to partner with us.

This is a high-output, high-visibility role. You'll report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with the founding team no three layers of approvals filtering your work. Your designs go live, people see them, and you see the results.

What You'll Own

Social Media & Content

  • Design posts, stories, and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Edit short-form videos reels, event recaps, venue walkthroughs, highlight clips
  • Create content that stops the scroll, not just fills a content calendar

Campaigns & Ads

  • Build ad creatives for Meta campaigns across Pay & Play, Academy, Events, and School Partnerships
  • Understand what makes a creative convert not just look pretty
  • Resize and adapt creatives across platforms and formats

Events & Collateral

  • Design event posters, tournament banners, venue launch creatives, and promotional flyers
  • Create corporate event proposals, school partnership one-pagers, and pitch deck visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency across everything using PlayAll's brand kit

Who You Are

Must Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
  • Strong portfolio that shows clean, modern design not cluttered, not template-heavy
  • Proficiency in Canva Pro as your primary design tool
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar) for reels and short-form content
  • Understanding of social media design: platform-specific sizing, scroll-stopping visuals, text hierarchy
  • Ability to work within an established brand kit and keep things visually consistent
  • Fast turnaround you can produce 3-5 quality creatives per day without burning out
  • Strong Hindi + English typography sense bilingual content is the norm, not the exception

Good to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Motion graphics basics animated text, simple transitions
  • Understanding of performance marketing and what makes an ad creative actually convert
  • Experience in sports, events, or consumer brand design
  • Phone photography skills for venue and event content

Compensation

20,000-30,000/month based on experience and portfolio quality
