What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we have encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we are driving major missions forward.
- Support the creation of design assets from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Stay informed about design and fashion trends to incorporate relevant and appealing ideas into creative work.
- Apply strong attention to detail to ensure all delivered design materials meet our standards of quality and consistency.
- Work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
- Explore and utilize emerging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and efficiency in the design process.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to a collaborative, inspired, and high-performing creative environment.
What you'll need:
- Experience: 2+ years in a design role; experience in food-tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required; knowledge of additional design tools is an advantage.
- Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling ability, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to evolving project needs.
