Job Summary:
The Senior Designer will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the digital experience of the e-commerce platform. This role includes redesigning templates, creating custom artwork, maintaining style guidelines, and collaborating across teams to ensure a visually compelling and user-friendly site. The designer will also provide mentorship and support to junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize current site templates for improved user experience
- Design new page templates and modules for ongoing projects
- Review and provide creative direction for product images and banners
- Contribute to site usability improvements through visual comps and testing suggestions
- Process and prepare digital assets as needed (crop, resize, reformat, color-correct)
- Transform marketing campaign assets into custom site artwork
- Maintain the team style guide and update production documents regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, merchandising, category, design) to deliver on requests
- Mentor junior designers and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
