About the Role:
Creative Designer
Experience: 2-4 years
DreamFolks is seeking a versatile, high-energy visualizer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex service offerings into compelling visual stories. From high-stakes pitch decks and digital ad campaigns to premium brand collateral, your work will define the visual identity for the brand.
*This is a strictly work-from-office position with a weekly day off on Saturday & Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Create high-impact visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, emailers, and web banners.
- Strategic Presentation Design: Develop visually stunning presentations and brochures that simplify complex value propositions.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the DreamFolks brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a premium and cohesive look and feel.
- Campaign Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative hooks for product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Multi-Format Execution: Design for both digital and print, including event signage, whitepapers, and corporate reports.
Requirements & Skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a design agency or a high-growth start-up/corporate marketing team.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma or Canva for collaborative projects is a plus.
- Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, & colour theory
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design choices to stakeholders.
