Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CREATIVE COPYWRITER to join our team immediately.
Position Overview:
As a Creative Copywriter, you'll dive into the world of marketing and communications, creating captivating content across various channels. From social media posts to website copy, you'll play a key role in shaping the brand's voice and connecting with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with client objectives, brand messaging, and tonality across multiple brands and industries.
- Write compelling, platform-first copy for social media, digital campaigns, paid advertisements, and offline marketing collaterals, ensuring each piece is engaging, audience-centric, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Create engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, influencer collaborations, branded content, UGC campaigns, and other short-form video formats that drive engagement and effectively communicate the brand story.
- Craft impactful headlines, taglines, captions, hooks, CTAs, and campaign messaging that strengthen brand recall and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Design, Strategy, Client Servicing, and Influencer Marketing teams to translate client briefs into integrated and innovative campaign ideas.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Content Creators and Copywriters, providing creative direction, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands, audiences, and communication channels while maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends, creator-led content formats, cultural moments, and advertising best practices to develop relevant and innovative creative ideas.
- Review, edit, and refine copy to ensure clarity, originality, grammatical accuracy, and high creative standards while consistently meeting project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Creative Copywriter.
- Prior experience working with a Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social media content, ad copies, and scripts for reels and influencer-led content.
- Exceptional creative writing, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and emerging content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
