Job Summary: Create, Influence & Make Brands Memorable

We're looking for someone who can translate brand strategy into compelling communication that resonates with audiences globally.
You'll work closely with creative teams to ensure every piece of communication is sharp, intentional, emotionally engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
What You'll Do: Think, Create & Deliver
Develop high-impact copy across digital platforms, performance ads, social media, websites, and integrated brand campaigns.
Write scroll-stopping hooks, campaign messaging, headlines, taglines, and conversion-focused copy that captures attention instantly.
Understand consumer behavior and emotional triggers to create communication that influences audience decisions.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to build creative campaigns with strong storytelling angles.
Adapt writing styles based on brand tone, audience persona, and market expectations.
Review, refine, and elevate content to meet high creative and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Copywriting / Creative Writing / Brand Communication, ideally in Beauty & Lifestyle.
Strong experience in advertising copy, campaign messaging, brand storytelling, and digital-first communication.
Ability to create hooks, ad copies, taglines, campaign concepts, and messaging frameworks beyond standard content writing.
Proven experience working with global clients, especially US/Canada markets, with an understanding of audience nuances and communication styles.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, audience engagement, and persuasive writing techniques.
Someone who thinks creatively first, writes second.
