Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) products through open market sourcing and building strong business relationships.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, channel partners, market references, and direct sourcing.
  • Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring timely and accurate documentation, as per company policy and compliance norms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned geography and build a healthy pipeline of customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly track loan disbursements and provide timely updates to customers and reporting managers.
  • Maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other third-party channels to generate consistent business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loans (PL/BL).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly business targets.
  • Should be open to field work and local market travel.
