Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for photographers to drive sales, increase adoption of Canvera products (albums, prints), and ensure high client satisfaction.
Daily Activities: Daily, in-person meetings with photographers and high-volume sales calls to nurture relationships and ensure regular order flow.
Photographer Acquisition: Actively scouting and adding new professional photographers to the Canvera platform via Instagram, Google, and incoming company leads.
Customer Retention & Security: Maintaining relationships with existing photographers, securing them against competitors, and protecting the existing business base.
Reactivation: Identifying dormant or inactive photographers and implementing campaigns to win them back (Reactivation of Attraction Customers).
Market Coverage (PJP): Following a strict Planned Journey Plan (PJP) to ensure thorough market coverage, optimal geographical reach, and daily reporting.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
1+ years of experience in Sales
Good understanding of the local photography market.
Proficiency in CRM tools to document daily visits and sales progress.
High energy and results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Nurture relationships with professional photographers to keep them active and engaged.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for sales volume and new client acquisition.
Relationship Building: Educate photographers on Canvera's premium albums and printing services.
Lead Management: Following up with leads generated through digital sources (Instagram/Google) and company-provided leads.
Issue Resolution: Promptly resolving client queries or complaints to maintain high customer service standards.
