Role Description

We are hiring an Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site role at the Unacademy Jaipur Centre. The Academic Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and their parents through course selection and exam preparation pathways.

Key responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, understanding student goals, and recommending appropriate academic programs. The role also involves building strong relationships with students and guardians, supporting enrollment processes, addressing academic queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Academic Counselor contributes directly to student satisfaction and long-term academic success.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide students and engage with parents
  • Proven ability in academic counseling, mentoring, and student guidance
  • Capability to handle inquiries, present course offerings clearly, and support enrollment procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic, student-centric approach
  • Familiarity with NEET UG and IIT JEE preparation frameworks is an added advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, student management tools, and digital platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
