Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Jaipur. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to provide personalized counseling and support in their educational journey. Core responsibilities include guiding students in academic planning, advising on career opportunities, and offering tailored recommendations for courses or programs. The role requires active communication with students and families, alongside assisting in the development of learning strategies aligned with students goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related roles
- Ability to guide students in making informed educational and career decisions
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a student-first approach
- Proficiency in managing consultations and follow-ups with students
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with education systems and career pathways in India and globally
