PhysicsWallah is looking for passionate Academic Counsellors with experience in Defence Exams (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, etc.) to guide students and parents toward the right career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students & parents for Defence exam programs

Recommend suitable PW courses based on student needs

Convert leads via calls, WhatsApp & emails

Maintain accurate CRM records

Ensure a positive and engaging student experience

Requirements:

14 years of experience in academic counselling/sales

Experience in Defence Exams counselling is a plus

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
