Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and career-focused candidates for multiple roles including:
- Study Abroad Counselor
- Backoffice Executive
- Sales Executive
- Telecaller
This is a multi-functional role involving:
- Client interaction
- Counseling
- Documentation
- Sales support
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls & inquiries
- Provide counseling for study abroad & immigration services
- Assist in documentation, applications & visa filing
- Follow up with clients and manage cases
- Maintain data in CRM / internal systems
Work Schedule (Important)
We are hiring for two shift options:
Day Shift
Evening / Night Shift
Candidates must be flexible and comfortable with assigned shift
Evening shift involves working with international clients (Canada, UK, USA, etc.)
Who Should Apply
- Freshers:
- Willing to learn
- Comfortable with client interaction
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with 0–2 years experience (preferred)
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
