Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions based on the needs of students or clients.
Provide academic, career, or personal guidance and emotional support.
Assess individuals strengths, interests, and challenges through interviews, assessments, or observation.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of sessions and follow-ups.
Develop personalized action plans and monitor progress.
Organize workshops and seminars on mental health, career planning, time management, and related topics.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, HR teams, or other stakeholders to support client development.
Refer clients to specialized professionals if needed (e.g., psychologists, career coaches).
Stay updated with counseling practices, educational trends, and career options.
