Role Description
Lead Management & Student Outreach
- Call and follow up with fresh leads (students/aspirants).
- Introduce educational and career opportunities to prospective students.
Counselling & Guidance
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with students.
- Assess their academic goals, aspirations, and preferences.
- Provide career/educational counselling tailored to help them secure admission in the right colleges.
Workshops & Training
- Conduct workshops, group sessions, and seminars to educate students on academic and career pathways.
- Develop resources (presentations, guides, FAQs) to support student decision-making.
Career Development Support
- Assist students in career development planning and management.
- Provide structured guidance on academic progression, interview preparation, and related areas.
Record-Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of counselling sessions, leads, and student progress.
- Update records regularly for tracking and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Career Counselling, Student Counselling skills

- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
