Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Counsellor to join our Kochi Branch . The Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable study-abroad opportunities, provide detailed guidance on admissions, scholarships, and visa processes, and prepare candidates for their applications and interviews. Responsibilities include conducting personalized counselling sessions, reviewing application documents, managing client relationships, and staying updated on global education trends and policies. The role requires a customer-focused approach and active collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored educational solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and additional regional languages (preferred)
• Experience in academic counseling, supporting students with university admissions, and visa processes
• Knowledge of global education, university requirements, and scholarship opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRMs, MS Office, and other documentation tools for efficient data management
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to client-specific requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Preffered)
• Prior experience in the study-abroad consultancy sector with 2-3 years of Experience
