Senior Immigration Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and self-driven Senior Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling immigration processes, client counseling, and achieving sales targets, along with the ability to work independently and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional guidance to clients on immigration processes.
2. Handle each cases for countries such as Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.
3. Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
4. Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
6. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration policies.
7. Independently manage leads and convert them into successful sales (independent seller role).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in immigration processes (Canada & Australia preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
4. Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
6. Proven ability to work independently and close sales.
