Job Title: Cost /Commercial Manager

Role Overview
The Cost & Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all cost, commercial, and contractual aspects of multiple real estate projects across India. This role will be based out of the Mumbai (Dadar) office and will centrally manage and monitor Pan-India township and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Pan-India Project Oversight
. Centrally manage cost and commercial functions for multiple projects across India from the Mumbai office.
. Ensure standardization of cost control, billing, and commercial processes across all locations.
. Coordinate with site teams to track progress, costs, and commercial performance.
Cost Planning & Budgeting
. Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts for multiple projects.
. Track cost variations and implement corrective actions across projects.
Commercial & Billing Management
. Oversee contractor billing, vendor payments, and cost certifications across all sites.
. Ensure timely processing and accuracy of all commercial transactions.
Contract Management
. Draft, review, and administer contracts for vendors, consultants, and contractors.
. Manage claims, variations, and contractual disputes across projects.
Financial Reporting & MIS
. Prepare consolidated MIS reports for all Pan-India projects.
. Provide insights on cost performance, cash flow, and project profitability to management.
Stakeholder Coordination
. Liaise with project teams, procurement, and finance departments across locations.
. Ensure alignment between HO (Mumbai) and site teams.
Risk & Compliance Management
. Identify financial and commercial risks across projects and implement mitigation strategies.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
. Multi-Project Cost Management
. Strong Commercial & Contractual Knowledge
. Financial Planning & MIS Reporting
. Vendor Negotiation & Cost Optimization
. Excellent Coordination & Communication Skills
. Experience in handling multiple projects across locations (Pan India exposure preferred).
. Experience managing Pan-India real estate portfolios from a central office.
. Strong ability to coordinate with multiple site teams simultaneously.
. Exposure to large-scale township or luxury residential developments is an added advantage.
