Role Description
- The Corporate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving corporate revenue growth for NutriTap's automated retail solutions.
- The role involves identifying and prospecting corporate clients, presenting NutriTap's offerings, and developing tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
- The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, negotiation, and closure of contracts. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, building long-term client relationships, collaborating with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets.
- The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, market intelligence gathering, and participation in corporate events or meetings to strengthen NutriTap's presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience in Corporate Sales Management and Business Development, including managing pipelines and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Effective Negotiation skills, with the ability to structure win-win deals and manage commercial discussions confidently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain tech-enabled retail solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting for tracking sales performance and market trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in retail-tech, FMCG, or SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- 1 to 2 Years of experience is preffered.
