Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B and corporate clients

● Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporations, HR teams, procurement teams, and business partners

● Drive corporate gifting sales and create customized gifting solutions based on client requirements

● Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach

● Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure

● Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and design, to ensure smooth execution of orders and partnerships

● Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities

● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 2–6 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Partnerships / Corporate Gifting / Business Development

● Strong understanding of corporate gifting ecosystems and partnership-led sales

● Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with ownership

● Prior experience in D2C, lifestyle, retail, gifting, or startup environments will be an advantage.
