Key Responsibilities
- Booking Execution
- Create booking folders and update CRM for every confirmed booking
- Coordinate hotel, transport, and local vendors as per approved plans
- Ensure all confirmations are received in writing
- Vendor & Hotel Coordination
- Communicate with hotels, drivers, guides, and vendors
- Share accurate itineraries and schedules
- Ensure reporting time, vehicle type, and room categories are correct
- No rate negotiation
- No vendor selection without approval
- Client Communication
- Handle client communication only through approved WhatsApp templates
- Share confirmations, driver details, and updates on time
- Escalate complaints or emergencies immediately
- Tour Monitoring
- Daily morning checks for ongoing tours
- Confirm driver reporting and guest pickup
- Monitor tour progress and report issues proactively
- CRM & Documentation
- Update Zoho CRM stages accurately
- Upload confirmations, invoices, and documents
- Send daily end-of-day reports
