Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

- Understand customer requirements and propose relevant business solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and conversions
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
