About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive corporate sales for our softwarebased training programs. The role involves meeting HR, L&D, IT, and business leaders, understanding their training needs, and offering tailored learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients
Meet decisionmakers (HR, L&D, IT, CXOs) and pitch training solutions
Conduct presentations, demos, and capability discussions
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for training delivery
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills
Strong B2B sales experience (training, EdTech)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand software products and training modules
Relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills
Selfdriven and targetoriented
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate
MBA preferred
