Job Description

A Corporate Sales Managerdrives revenue by leading sales teams, developing strategies, and managing key client relationships in the B2B sector, focusing onrevenue growth, new business, contract negotiation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning, team coaching, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and set targets.
  • Team Leadership:Recruit, train, motivate, and coach sales professionals.
  • Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identify new opportunities, and manage key accounts.
  • Sales Execution:Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing and other internal teams to align goals and ensure service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking:Monitor sales data, report on performance, and manage sales budgets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:Proven background in corporate sales or business development.
  • Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, leadership, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge:Understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and sales methodologies.
  • Education:Typically a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
