- Individual Productivity- Need to manage brokers and the requirements with regards to quotes, structuring the program.
- Manage relationships with clients with structuring the programs, swing deals in HDFC favour.
- Completing the targets assigned and scout for new clients, brokers to create new relationships
- Coordination with UW, Operations, claims
- Work on end to end solutions to brokers and client requirements.
- Co-ordinate between internal customers like sales, UW, Ops, RI and get the work done related to policies / end/ quotes etc.
- Complete designated work and manage internal and external customer expectations.
- Adhere to various TAT's related to servicing of corporate clients
For Sme Agency
- SME Business Development-Grow SME (Non-Motor) business in the assigned location. Identify and leverage market opportunities.
- Advisor Engagement-Support and improve productivity of existing SME advisors. Provide regular guidance for consistent performance.
- Advisor Activation-Motivate Motor and Health advisors to cross-sell SME products.
- Advisor Acquisition-Approach advisors working with other insurers and onboard them.
- Training & Development-Conduct regular training sessions on products and sales skills. Keep advisors updated on offerings and compliance
- Business Monitoring-Track advisor performance and SME growth. Share reports and insights with management.
- Relationship Management-Maintain strong advisor relationships through engagement and support. Resolve queries promptly for advisor satisfaction.
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Good Communication Skill
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, lead generation and time management are required
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Agency SM
- Knowledge of Motor and Non motor SME products are added advantage
