Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client accounts, generating leads, managing the end-to-end sales process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service. A key function of this role is identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth while fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including contract negotiation, pipeline management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the events or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
