We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our institutional sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record specifically within the tea/coffee vending, HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), or high-value consumer appliance industry. This role is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing key corporate and institutional accounts to drive significant revenue growth for our innovative vending solutions and premium premixes.
What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities)
- Strategic Account Acquisition: Aggressively identify and prospect new corporate, institutional (e.g., IT/BPO, manufacturing, healthcare), and B2B clients for long-term vending contracts.
- Revenue Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets set for the corporate sales vertical.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold calling to complex negotiation, proposal development, and contract closure.
- Key Account Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives within target companies to ensure high customer retention and referral rates.
- Solution Customization: Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor our vending machine and premix solutions to match the unique volume, service, and budgetary requirements of each corporate client.
- Market Analysis: Keep a constant watch on competitor activities, market changes, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform pricing and product strategy.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast future sales pipeline, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Installation, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product deployment and superior post-sales support for corporate clients.
- Proposal Excellence: Create high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly articulate the value proposition and return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
- Training & Mentorship (If Applicable): Potentially guide and mentor junior sales executives on best practices for corporate account penetration and relationship building.
Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
- Experience:4 to 10 years of total experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales preferably in the same industry.
- Industry Exposure:Mandatory experience in sales roles within the vending machine, commercial beverage, institutional food/beverage, or HORECA equipment industry, Office Automation equipment company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to secure and manage high-value contracts and achieve ambitious corporate sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch solutions to large groups and executive audiences.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: High proficiency in negotiation tactics and closing deals, often involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for pipeline management and data reporting.
- Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly grasp and articulate the technical and service benefits of vending machines and premix products.
- Results-Driven Attitude: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy, and a focus on measurable results.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing corporate clients.
