Job Description – S&ME Corporate Sales
Location – Gurgaon
Experience – 2-5 Years of experience into Broking or Insurance
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key
demographics and present them with viable proposals.
Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the
company.
Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
Achieve revenue targets.
Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service
background.
Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and
PSU clients.
Desired Skills and Experience-
Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking
University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
MBA from a reputed B - School
