Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, channel development, and business development, with proven experience managing relationships with corporate, builders, hospitality groups, educational institutions, and gifting partners.
The role requires a proactive sales professional capable of identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Management
- Execute regional sales plans and achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, product initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate and institutional sectors.
- Drive achievement of annual business plans, sales targets, and customer loyalty objectives.
Corporate & Strategic Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, builders, hotels, educational institutions, and gifting partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Promote and position the company's product portfolio through effective presentations and consultative selling.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives for key partner accounts.
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Identify opportunities within corporate gifting, employee engagement programs, loyalty programs, bundling initiatives, and internal consumption channels.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product positioning to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel through lead generation, prospecting, and networking activities.
- Conduct market research and provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
- Support the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to different customer segments.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer programs and sales initiatives through effective internal coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- Proven experience managing corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with corporates, builders, hospitality groups, educational institutions, or gifting partners is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
